Triple win against Anfi: M1 Legal wins £33,747 and contracts ruled null and void
This week, M1 Legal secured three wins against Anfi Sales & Anfi Resorts, with awards totalling £33,747.
In each case, the clients had been sold a floating week arrangement, but the contract failed to set out key required details—including when the clients could use the timeshare, the size of the accommodation and where the accommodation was located.
In all three claims, the judge ruled that the contracts were null and void and ordered Anfi to pay out.
